An exploratory after-school program that focuses on identifying youth’s strengths, interests and develop pragmatic skills in the work place and community. SEED will train job-coaches to facilitate job-development, self-determination and train an employee at each job-site location.
Educate the local community and businesses how these individual’s will be an asset to their establishment. Create opportunities to bring youth with learning differences together with establishments in their community.
Consult to high school programs developing a vocational and life skills program and develop peer mentors. SEED will provide a treatment plan, data sheets, training on data collection and will graph data to monitor progress.
